Bin Laden has acquired 20 suitcase nukes...

A person would have to be blind not to see the major role Russia has played in aiding and abetting world terrorism. Russia and its communist surrogates continue to "promote wars" throughout the world and arm the enemies of the United States: 

"Can you imagine what would happen psychologically, morally, if this weapon is detonated in a big city? No government would want to see such a situation. About 50,000 to 70,000, up to 100,000 people would be killed."¹

More than 100 missing Russian suitcase nuclear bombs...
General Alexander Lebed was for a short time the chairman of the Russian Security Council and Boris Yeltsin's senior national security adviser. Lebed revealed on CBS's 60 Minutes broadcast on September 7, 1997 that Russia had built small, portable nuclear bombs called "Special Atomic Demolition Munitions" that are designed for sabotage, and are truly nuclear "first strike" weapons that would be used at the outbreak of nuclear war by saboteurs. During Lebed's short time in power, he ordered the Russian military to make an accounting of these weapons. According to Lebed, "more than a hundred" of the briefcase-sized nuclear devices are missing. He also warned:

WorldNetDaily reported on December 14, 2002: 

President Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair have been warned Osama bin Laden has 20 suitcase nuclear weapons obtained for cash from former KGB agents, the London Sunday Express reports in tomorrow's editions.
     Last October, WorldNetDaily broke the story of bin Laden’s suitcase nukes, detailed in a new book by an FBI consultant on international terrorism. …
     Suitcase nukes are not really suitcases at all, but suitcase-size nuclear devices. The weapons can be fired from grenade or rocket launchers or detonated by timers. A bomb placed in the center of a metropolitan area would be capable of instantly killing hundreds of thousands and exposing millions of others to lethal radiation.

Actually, it was Our Lady of the Roses and not WorldNetDaily who first warned the United States in 1983 and 1987 that Russia planned to invade the United States with missiles:

"My child, the last time We spoke to you, We told you that there was a far greater message to be given to mankind. This is the message: THAT RUSSIA PLANS TO INVADE THE UNITED STATES WITH MISSILES!" - Our Lady, March 26, 1983

"My child, let the world know that Nicaragua is a center point for the capitulation of the United States of America and Canada. Already there are plans afoot, and in the making, with missiles and all dire instruments of destruction. These plans are being formulated from Nicaragua, to go into Mexico, and thereupon into the United States." - Our Lady, June 18, 1987

Furthermore, it was Our Lady of the Roses who warned, on September 11, 1990, that there would be a terrorist attack on the United States. In November 1990, Our Lady accurately named the targets: New York City and Washington, D.C.

Victor Bout, left, shown at a Congo airfield in March 2001, is a Russian arms dealer. An inquiry has begun examining whether Bout was involved in violations of embargoes against the Taliban and Al Qaeda.

The Washington Post reported on February 26, 2002:

U.S. and European law enforcement officials say they have scored an important advance in their efforts to disrupt what some officials describe as the biggest weapons-trafficking network in the world, responsible for supplying the Taliban and terrorist groups from al Qaeda in Afghanistan to the Abu Sayyaf in the Philippines, as well as rebel forces in Africa. For the past three years, U.S. intelligence agencies have covertly been trying to thwart the sprawling arms empire of Victor Bout, a former Soviet military officer whose operation is based in the United Arab Emirates, according to U.S. and European officials. Bout's network is unique, U.S., British and U.N. investigators said, because of its ability to deliver sophisticated weapon systems virtually anywhere in the world.

Victor Bout has long been suspected of supplying weapons to the Taliban in Afghanistan. This adds a new dimension to the United States’ war on terror, and indicates that there is a larger enemy pulling the strings of Al Queda, namely Russia. 

"Victor Bout, as the largest player in the world in the illicit air logistics business, is a critical aider and abettor to criminal and terrorist organizations, rogue heads of state and insurgencies -- whoever is able to pay," said Lee S. Wolosky, a former National Security Council official.

"If I could receive permission from Heaven to open for you to all see the fierce destruction that is fast approaching your country and the world, you would come to your knees; you would walk on your knees to My Son in the Eucharist.  But no!  You continue making the same errors as in the past.  You call down upon you a just chastisement.
