The Canadian government’s Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has admitted to secretly tracking reports of sudden deaths and other adverse events among people who received Covid “vaccines.”

The government agency has been gathering the information in a massive database, which also includes thousands of scientific studies related to the dangers of the injections.

PHAC was forced to make the admission in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

The agency has just complied with the FIOA request after it was sent in May 2024.

A successful complaint to the Information Commissioner forced PHAC to respond to the FOIA request after health officials ignored it for months.

PHAC had requested an extension of time to comply with this request, which the requestor felt was unreasonable.

The Information Commissioner published its decision in July 2024.

The commissioner ordered PHAC to release the information.

In its decision, the Information Commissioner wrote:

“Given that PHAC did not establish that the extension of time was reasonable, the extension is invalid and PHAC is deemed to have refused access under subsection 10(3).”

Adding, “The Information Commissioner ordered PHAC to provide a complete response to the access request no later than the 60th business day following receipt of the final report.”

The Information Commissioner published its final report on 26 July 2024.

PHAC has now finally complied with the Information Commissioner’s order to release dozens of documents.

The release includes over 2,000 pages.

The documents show that the Canadian government has long been aware of the links between Covid “vaccines” and surging sudden deaths and injuries.

Some highlights from PHAC’s response were published on Substack in a report by “Scoops McGoo.”

“The tragic ‘died suddenly’ phenomenon is real, and Canada’s Public Health Agency has been tracking it,” the report states.

“An Access to Information request … [has] yielded thousands of pages of internal reporting, literature reviews, emails, as well as 19 spreadsheets with adverse event data.”

The trove of documents consists of over 2,000 pages.

It proves comprehensive governmental awareness of a wide range of dangerous and even fatal “adverse events following immunisation” (AEFI).

The documents show that the government was secretly tracking sudden deaths occurring across Canada.

The report lays out several key highlights from the release, including:

1. The government maintains a non-password-protected database.

The database houses an impressive 22 thousand scientific papers (and counting) about Covid “vaccines,” much of which is on adverse events.

It also shows that the government is aware of the negative efficacy of the injections.

In the database is a 2023 study by Cleveland Clinic researchers, published in Oxford Academic Press.

The study proves, “The risk of COVID-19 also increased […] with the number of vaccine doses previously received.”

This landmark study negates any possible justification for the morbidity and mortality caused by Covid “vaccines.”

2. PHAC staff were alarmed by Florida’s decision to stop recommending Covid vaccination for young males in October 2022.

One staffer’s response: “Yikes.”

A PHAC myocarditis data review through June of that year showed a 24 times elevated risk among Canadian girls aged 5-11.

Despite the alarming finding, no action was taken.

3. Staff casually email each other with regular updates to the “vaccine” death tally.

Despite health officials being completely aware of surging deaths among the Covid-vaccinated, no action has been taken to date.

4. Denis Rancourt et al’s 2023 report, which attributed approximately 17 million global excess deaths to the Covid “vaccine” programme, caused a stir at PHAC.

The report was shared with all provincial and territorial health authorities, as well as with the military and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

Canada’s Health Chief Theresa Tam asked for an analysis of the report.

However, Tam deemed the report “not credible,” without justification, and no action was taken.

5. By mid-2022, of the 206 death reports accumulated by PHAC, 163 (79%) had occurred within 30 days of injection.

Despite this correlation, no action was taken.

6. As early as October 2021, PHAC determined that among 195 fatal reports, the median time to death following a Covid “vaccine” was just 7 days.

Again, no action was taken.

7. PHAC filters out death reports before proper assessment.

In January 2023, health officials wrote:

“300 is too many deaths to investigate, need criteria to determine what should be looked at, e.g., sudden unexpected death ACCA [Advisory Committee on Causality Assessment] would be looking at deaths that can’t otherwise be explained (e.g., heart attack, stroke, etc), almost a definition of exclusion. e.g., someone found dead with no apparent cause/underlying condition.”

8. The Brighton Collaboration, World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, and “causality algorithms” are used to ignore hundreds of Canadian deaths.

These deaths have already been aggressively whittled down by provincial/territorial authorities.

The deaths were ignored, even though most Covid “vaccine” mortality recorded in federal databases occur within a week of injection.

Yet, despite all of these alarming findings, the Canadian government still publicly asserts:

“All Covid vaccines authorized in Canada are proven safe, effective, and of high quality.”
