Within the last year, America has suffered a series of record-setting, weather-related disasters. There is overwhelming evidence that this environmental destruction was deliberately created by the Soviet use of Tesla magnifying weather war transmitters. YOUTH ACTION NEWS has also discovered amazing details of a similar electromagnetic weather-engineering device that was designed for one of the giant U.S. multinational oil corporations.
