Why Prepare?
    Tom said, "I'm staying put--God will provide!", when he heard the radio announce the flood evacuation schedule. When the police cruisers drove by with their loudspeakers urging evacuation, he said, "Yep, God'll provide!," and stayed put.
    When the water was two feet high the National Guard came by, but he stayed put. When it was ten feet high, he leaned out of the second story window to tell the rescue boat that he felt safe "...'cause God will provide".
    He waved off the helicopter as he clung to the chimney...the house moving down-river, shouting into the wind, "Go away; I trust in God's Providence!"
    After drowning, he stood before the Lord, bitter and angry that he'd been given short-shrift in the Divine Providence department.
    And God replied, "Tom, I did help you. I spoke through the announcer and police. Who do you think sent the truck, the boat and the helicopter?"
     God has guided this report into your hands. Please don’t be another Tom.

"My child, you speculate much about the coming Warning. I have asked you many times not to speculate on dates, but I give you one indication that the time is ripe. When you see, when you hear, when you feel the revolution in Rome, when you see the Holy Father fleeing, seeking a refuge in another land, know that the time is ripe."

Prepare!
Our Lady of the Roses has come to prepare the world spiritually and materially for the great sorrows that are to come upon mankind, begging us to return to a life of grace. As She has said many times, Heaven has come to save our souls. There is only one ultimate tragedy for each of us, and that is if we lose our eternal soul. Each of us must prepare spiritually by living the Commandments, by returning to the Sacraments and a life of prayer, including the daily Rosary. Jesus tells us, "If you were engaged in mortal combat of the body with another, you would expound great effort to win your cause. Therefore, My children, why have you not used your energies for the salvation of your eternal soul?" (November 24, 1973)

Prepare for the Great Warning
Cleanse your soul
"You must cleanse your souls of all sin, mortal and venial."
- Our Lady, December 24, 1973

Beginning of the terrible sorrows…
   Our Lady - "I come to earth from Heaven. I have roamed your world in tears. It truly now rains teardrops from Heaven. With the coming of the Warning to mankind, pray and pray much, for it is the beginning of the terrible sorrows." (7-15-73)

The Heavens In Upheaval
    Jesus - "My children, as time proceeds further onto the road that leads to the great Chastisement, as man goes further into darkness of spirit, there will be set upon the world great trial. You have entered into the time of great sorrows. You will find the heavens in upheaval; plagues, floods, great heat will befall mankind. My children, it will be a test for all." (6-4-77)

You would grovel on your knees…
    Our Lady - "You cannot count your earth - years as being long any longer. If only I could show you, the prideful and boastful United States and Canada - if I could show you what the enemy has in store for you now, you would grovel on your knees to make restitution to the Eternal Father. But now this must be taught to you in a most sorrowful way." (9-27-86)

No Third Reprieve
    Note: In the past the Great Warning has been postponed twice. A third postponement will not be given:
    Jesus - "What can I say at this time? How can I promise further reprieves for an unrepentant generation?" (12-24-75)
    Our Lady - "The merciful heart of the Eternal Father has given you two reprieves in the past, My children. The third reprieve shall not be given." (4-5-75)

The sky shall roll back like a scroll . . .
The Bible tells us of the Warning; "And the Heavens passed away as a scroll that is rolled up." (Apoc 6:14)
   Our Lady - "There will be a tremendous explosion, and the sky shall roll back like a scroll. This force shall go within the very core of the human. He will understand his offenses to his God. However, this warning will be of short duration, and many shall continue upon their road to perdition, so hard are the hearts hardened now, My child." (6-12-76)

    The following is made in large bold type to stress its importance. Read and reread it very carefully.

Beware of the sunrise!
    Our Lady - "As the day follows night, so shall this Warning follow soon. Beware of the sunrise! Do not look up to the sky - the flash! Beware of the sunrise! Do not look up to the sky - the flash! Close your windows; draw your shades, remain inside. Do not venture outside your door, or you will not return. Pray! Prostrate yourselves upon your floors! Pray with arms outstretched and beg for mercy of your God the Father.
    "Do not seek to receive your animals into your homes, for the animals of those who have remained of well spirit will be taken care of.
    "O My children, how many will try to go back and restore their homes when it is too late!
    "Keep blessed candles, water, blankets, food within your homes. The candles of those who have remained in the state of grace shall not be extinguished, but the candles in the homes of those who have given themselves to satan shall not burn! Amen I say to you: as night follows day, a great darkness shall descend upon mankind." (6-12-76)

Read the above bold section again. It is most important!

The Voice . . .
    On April 21, 1973 – Our Lady let Veronica see and experience: "It is as though everything exploded in the sky – the flash! It is very hot, very warm. It feels like a burning. Now – the sky is very white... colors: blues, purples, it’s like a huge explosion. NOW – this VOICE, the VOICE, the VOICE, Our Lady says it is a voice within you: ‘YOUR WARNING BEFORE THE CHASTISEMENT – – FLASH, FIRE, AND THE VOICE WITHIN YOU – THE FINAL WARNING BEFORE THE CHASTISEMENT!!

Part of a comet hits the sun…
    Veronica - Oh! Oh! I see the sky; it's becoming a very, very bright red, almost an orange, a red - orange. And it's like I'm suspended, and the light is so bright it hurts my eyes. And I see this huge ball. Now in the center - it's, it's a gray colored ball, almost - oh, I don't know what it's made of, but a rock - like formation. But as it's turning now, it's beginning to change color, becoming a purplish, hazy, orange - looking ball. And now it's beginning to gather great speed. And as it's going faster across the sky, part of it has broken off now, and it's going now behind the sun. I see the huge ball of the sun. It's a ball of fire. And this is another ball of fire. And a piece now is broken off, and it's hitting into the sun. And there - oh! Oh! It's an explosion. Oh! I can't look. Oh - h - h! Oh - h - h!
    Everything seems so still, and I see people now holding onto the chairs in their houses. Everything's rocking. It - it's like the very foundation is rocking in the houses. And they're all frightened. And many are running into the streets. Oh, but others are running and closing their windows. They're pulling down the shades. Oh! Oh! Others are looking - I can see them looking through their windows, but they do not go outside. They must not go outside.
    I see a great mist coming in the sky - a great mist. And there are pieces of - they appear to be rock or dust rock falling. And the people who are outside, they're stumbling. Something's happening to them. They don't seem to - they're like drunk; they're stumbling. And now the ones I'm watching, two of them have fallen. They've fallen on their faces now, and they're trying to get up. Now they're - they're falling forward, and they're not moving.
    And I see now this darkness - a great, great mist. And then a deep, musty - looking haze, and it's now going and passing across the moon. And now there's no moon; there's no light. The moon's absolutely covered. I can't see it; there's no light.
    Now the sun also seems to be shooting out particles - I don't know - it's particles. And I can see this other ball that looks like a small sun now; it's coming from behind. And it's still - it's twirling, but it is also shooting out particles of, of rock, fiery rock. (12-24-73)

The Flash and the Great Heat
    Veronica - Do not look up to the sky - the flash! Oh! It's - oh! I see a terrible light. It's a flash, but it's hot. Oh, it's so hot! Oh! Now I hear voices, and the people are screaming. They're frightened. There's no reason to be frightened. Our Lady will save you. There's no reason to be frightened. Don't run! Don't go outside; stay inside. Ohh. Pray; remain on your knees and pray!" (6-8-73)

Crucifix on front and back doors...
    Jesus - "Pray and wear your sacramentals. And, also, My children, I ask you again to place a crucifix upon your door. Both front and back doors must have a crucifix. I say this to you because there will be carnage within your areas, and this will pass you by if you keep your crucifix upon your doors." (6-30-84)

Lessening
"The beads of prayer [Rosary] will be the major instrument for the lessening of the Chastisement upon your country." - Our Lady, April 14, 1973

Wear the Brown Scapular
"I promise you all, when you wear My Brown Scapular, you shall not be condemned to hell. I repeat: if you pass on over the veil and are wearing the Brown Scapular, you shall not see the fires of hell." - Our Lady, September 14, 1985

Our Lady's promise...
"My children, you must all unite in prayer, link for link, using the sacramentals given to you from Heaven, the beads of prayer, your Rosary, the Scapular of life; for I promise you: All who wear the Brown Scapular shall never feel the fires of hell. Even the greatest of sinner will be converted and saved if he will wear the Brown Scapular when he passes over the veil, when he leaves, My child and My children, his body at the moment you call upon earth death. But I say unto you as your Mother, for My Son and all Heaven, there is no death! For you continue to live with full consciousness when you leave your body. Keep Rosary with you at all times
"I look across the world, and I see so few that carry their beads of prayer. Whatever shall they do when they are forced to run? When the Chastisement comes upon you, many will flee with whatever they have on their backs or on their persons. Therefore, My children, it is not for decoration that I have asked you to wear your beads of prayer about your neck. It was for when you flee; you will have your armor upon you." - Our Lady, May 30, 1973

Visit Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament

Your refuge
"My child, this is My Son. We ask all mankind to save their eternal soul, their immortal soul, in the Blood, the wounds of My Son. The tabernacles of the world shall be your refuge. Come to My Son. He will nourish you with His Body." - Our Lady, July 15,1975

Return to the Sacraments
"Return to the graces of your Sacraments and Holy Church, or condemn yourselves to eternity with Lucifer! Consecrate your home with the Holy Spirit. Use the waters of life to chase the demons from within your homes."

Commandments must be followed
"Permissiveness shall not be accepted by your God. Sin is sin; there is no compromise for sin. Mortal sin is a grievous offense to the Eternal Father. The Commandments shall be followed without permissiveness."

"Pray a constant vigilance of prayer, My children. All who are in the pure spirit of light will have nothing to fear. If you fall victim to satan, you must immediately run to receive a new store of grace from your pastor in confession and the receiving of My Son's Body. My children, you must concentrate now all on saving the souls of your children and those you love. There is not much time left." - Our Lady, August 13, 1977

    The Rose Petals and medals blessed by Jesus and Mary are for cures and conversions.

5) Keep a Bible that was printed before 1964 and other traditional religious books.

7) Make Holy Hours before Our Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament.
    We should make weekly Holy Hours at a minimum. It is best if we made a daily Holy Hour.

Food of the Angels . . .
    Our Lady - "I have a great secret to give to you and all those who are knowledgeable. Human food is not necessary. Know, there is a secret I reveal to you at this time. You can be nourished by the Body and Blood of My Son. For the secret, My child, is that you will be fed the manna from Heaven.
    "You asked, My child, what is `manna'? At this time, My child, let us just call it the food of the angels." (9-13-74)

Home spared in Hiroshima, Japan . . .
    There is connection between atomic explosion in Hiroshima, Japan and the events in Fatima, because one group of Jesuits (most notably, Fr. Schiffer) survived this explosion and they lived right in the middle of Hiroshima where the explosion occurred. They prayed the Rosary daily, as requested by Our Lady of Fatima. Scientists were not able to find an answer on this but theologians did: "They lived the Message of Fatima".

Physical protection...
Sudden Great Cold To Come
    Jesus - "Do not be afeared, My child; retain your crucifix on your doors. And keep your supply of earthly goods, though they are needed for your human body; the canned food, the candles, the water, and the blankets. A sudden cold shall come upon mankind and many shall die from the cold."

Store canned goods, water and blankets...
    Our Lady - "My children, not only with the canned foods will you store just food, but you must also make known to your families and your friends that they had best keep blankets and water in tight containers; for there will be on the onset of the Chastisement, there will be nothing that you can buy due to contamination." (7-1-85)

Hunger In America
    Our Lady - "My children in the United States of America, must you go hungry? Many parts of your country shall suffer from want of food, for the winter will be cold. Many shall die in the coming year, My children. There will be accidents that are not accidents. Hunger shall be in the homes of many." (12-7-78)

1) Water storage
    A clean source of water is absolutely essential to survival. Water is the most important element in survival experience. Water is more important than food. The human body can survive several weeks without food but only a few days without water an adequate supply of fresh water. Dehydration can cause severe mental impairment and eventually death. Obtaining a source of clean drinking water for future survival is an absolute necessity.
    Do not use plastic milk bottles. They are designed to disintegrate in 6 months. Heavy plastic is needed to store water. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's and delis have heavy plastic pickle buckets that are great to store food and water.

2) Food storage
    The Bible and the Bayside Prophecies tell us there is going to be a famine in the last days. It would be foolish not to prepare.
    A minimum of one month supply is recommended. It is preferable to have one or two year’s or more supply of food, properly stored and on hand for any emergency will sustain you and your family, regardless of what happens with the world’s political, economic or weather situation.
    When you go shopping each week buy additional amounts of items you use for storage. Store, date and rotate your food and other items. Many stores have sales on different canned goods each week.
    Grains such as different kinds of beans, lentils, and rice are inexpensive to buy and easy to store. Always remember to have some way to cook these grains and sprout them. Be sure to keep them in tight containers.
   Spices are also important to change the taste of beans or rice so they don't get boring.
   Iodized salt is another key item to store. It is a necessary item to survive.
   The Mormons store wheat, honey, salt, and non-fat powered milk. These four food items have all the nutrition to survive. The wheat can be sprouted or cooked for cereal or ground into flour to make bread.
    Sprouting of seeds such as alfalfa is an excellent source of nutritious foods. Making the Best of Basics book has an excellent chapter on sprouting. It is simple and easy.
    Store extra food for your loved ones or as an item for bartering. In the future food will be a key bartering item.
    Keep a supply of sterno heaters to heat food and water.

3) Medical supplies, prescriptions and sanitation
    Make a list of medical and sanitation supplies you may need. Keep additional prescriptions on hand if possible. Possible substitutions can be made from a health food store. One person found organic thyroid (kelp) tablets that were the same size as her prescription at 1/4 the cost. Now she could stock up for the future when she will be unable to get or fill her subscription.
    The following was the title of an article after Hurricane Mitch: Cardiac patients run short of nitroglycerin tablets after hurricane. Keep this in mind – for all health conditions and medical needs – you will need to have at least a 3-day supply in an emergency kit – but if possible – a 3-month supply available would be of great benefit.
    A lot of doctors will write subscriptions for 3 months worth of medicine. Group Health in Washington State will fill prescriptions for 3 months time. Talk with your doctor. Tell him you are setting up an emergency kit in case of disaster and would like to have a stock of medicine. Think along these lines – what would I need most if…. Then prepare yourself and loved ones with what you think you will need.
    Store toilet paper, rubbing alcohol, Epsom salts, hydrogen peroxide, etc. Also plan for some type of toilet facilities. If the water is off then toilets won't flush.
    Have a First-Aid kit, supplies and books on hand. Watch a first aid video. A minor injury in the future may be life threatening because doctors may not be available. Know how to treat different types of minor injuries.
    Keep an extra pair of eyeglasses in a case of an emergency.

4) Household products
    Soap is one of the most important items to have. In World War II some people were continuously ill because they didn't have soap for dishes, laundry, bathing, or for washing their hands.
    Matches are very important to start fires for heating and cooking. Keep them stored in waterproof containers.

5) Have material to cover windows . . .
    There will be flashes of lighting and peals of thunder and other noises outside during the Great Warning. It would be advisable to have room-darkening shades, heavy drapes, cardboard, Styrofoam sheets or other material to cover the windows. Window coverings with an insulation factor will be helpful in the cold weather.

6) Pets will be protected during the Great Warning
    Our Lady - "Do not seek to receive your animals into your homes, for the animals of those who have remained of well spirit will be taken care of." (6-12-76)

The three day test...
  In the middle of winter and in the middle of summer turn off the water, gas or heat, electricity and see how well you survive for three days. Just imagine what life would be like without utilities. This will help give you ideas of what you need to do to prepare for the days ahead.
