Dear Veronica:
On June 7, 1979, my sister Joan MacIntyre was rushed to
the hospital with cirrhosis of the liver. The attending physician said there was
no hope. Three nights later, the doctor said she would not live through the
night. I put the rose petal from Bayside on her and prayed to Our Lady of the
Roses. The next day my sister came out of the coma and responded to the
medicine. She went back to Church after twenty-five years and received the
Sacraments. The doctor was amazed and had no explanation for her recovery.
Enclosed is a statement from the family physician stating her recovery was
nothing short of a miracle. Thanks to Our Lady through the rose petal.
