Dear Veronica,
Please publish this letter for your readers. Its more proof of the powerful
intercession of Our Lady of the Roses. My friends sister was facing major surgery to
prevent her from having a stroke due to a damaged, corroded artery leading to her heart. I
gave my friend a Rose Petal blessed by Jesus and Mary and also a medal of Our Lady of the
Roses, to keep up her faith and comfort her. My friend and her sister are not Catholics,
but Methodists; however, my friend believes in Our Lord and Our Ladys power.
Recently, my friend called to inform me that the damage to her sisters artery, the
heart, was gone and in such a short time. I am writing this letter to acknowledge Our
Ladys powerful and miraculous deed in this serious situation.
With special thanks and prayers.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
My father-in-law was stricken with cancer of the colon; practically all of his colon was
cancerous. He had surgery to remove the cancer. I had placed a rose petal of Our lady of
the Roses Shrine on his hospital bracelet, and the surgery was successful--thanks to Our
Lord and Our Lady.
Also, the tax people were going to take our home away from us. I prayed to Our Lady of the
Roses, and we now have a chance to save our home.
In loving thanks to Jesus and Our Lady of the Roses.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
This letter is to acknowledge the miraculous cure experienced by me from Our Lady of the
Roses. Through the summer months, I developed and suffered from a Planters wart on
the ball of my left foot. It grew steadily worse and worse, until I could no longer walk
without extreme pain and great difficulty.
A friend of mine had made visits to Our Lady of the Roses Shrine, and she gave me a medal
of Our Lady of the Roses and told me to wear it on my foot and to pray to Our Lady of the
Roses--to say the rosary--and that the wart would go away. I did as she told me to do. I
started to wear the medal and pray to Our Lady. I felt less pain, and from that time on
the wart started to disappear. Today, six weeks later, the wart is almost entirely gone. I
have been pain-free for three weeks.
Let me explain what a Planters wart is--how it grows. It is attached to the
surrounding tissues, making it impossible to be removed except by surgery. Also, I might
add, that this type of wart is extremely painful, especially when it is attached to the
foot.
I wish to express my gratitude to Our Lady of the Roses.

Dear Veronica,
In May this year, I went to the doctor for a sore throat. In his examination, he detected
a growth in my thyroid, and he suggested that I see a specialist. I made a visit to
Bayside, and put my petition to the Blessed Mother for a good come-out of my condition.
I saw the specialist, who confirmed the growth on my thyroid, and ordered a scan and tests
to be made. This was done on the 9th of June. I was to call the specialist one week later,
on the 16th of June, for the results. We made several attempts to reach the doctor, and
for various reasons we werent able to get in touch with him. We finally were able to
talk to him on the 18th of June, for the results. The results were good. Although there
were more than one growth now, there was no malignancy found, and the condition would be
controlled by medication--no operation.
With this good result of the test, and how it ironically dragged out to be given to us on
the Anniversary date, June 18, of the Bayside Vigil, I believe it was through the
intercession of Our Blessed Mother. I thank the Almighty Father, Jesus and Our Blessed
Mother for this wonderful report.

Dear Veronica and Workers:
For a whole month, I suffered with a sore right eye, and it was the second time I had an
infection in it. I didnt have the money to go to the doctor. The other day, I went
looking for my Rose Petal, which I had received from Our Lady of the Roses Shrine. I
thought I lost it, but I didnt.
For a month, matter was running from my eye. It was red, and inside, around the rim of the
eye, was a small pus bag. I bathed it, but to no avail.
In the meantime, I lost my mother. She died from a fractured hip which had all kinds of
complications. My mother was 81. I lost the best friend I ever had. At the wake, I made my
Confession to a priest, when he was there. I had not been to Church for years. I wanted to
go in memory of my mother; though all day at the wake, my eye kept getting worse and
worse, two blood blisters developing right under the eyelid. I found my rose petal and
applied it to the eye.
The next morning, I awoke. My eye was shut tight with blood and matter. I washed my eye.
The blood blisters were gone, my eye has cleared, and I thank the Holy Mother of the Roses
for doing this for me.
God bless you all.

Dear Veronica,
My heart told me that I should let you know of an experience I had through the blessed
Rose Petal. When my grandmother, who is now 80 years of age, was in the hospital last
year, after suffering from a bad fall and a broken hip, I went to visit her. She was very
depressed and had lost a lot of weight, since she wasnt eating everything she was
told to eat. She told me the doctors didnt think she would pull through and recover
completely, due to her age.
Later, when she was at home, convalescing in a special hospital bed and a wheelchair, she
was in much pain and still very much depressed. Well, I gave her a blessed Rose Petal from
Our Lady of the Roses Shrine. She took it and told me she believed in it, and that she
always prays the rosary each day.
Weeks after, I went again to visit her and found such a remarkable change in her. She had
a cheerful disposition and outlook, and told me she had no more pain and she was walking.
She was up and about doing dishes, and telling me that each day she never failed to pray
the rosary and touch the Rose Petal to her hip. She believes it was God who cured her
completely. She has gained weight and has the outlook of a 50-year-old or younger. She had
arthritis and cataracts, but even that all seems to have to have disappeared miraculously.
Just thought I should share this experience with you, Veronica. I hope you are well and
able to do all that Our Lady asks of you.

Dear Veronica,
Ive had a severe back problem for four years. Ive gone from doctor to doctor,
each giving a different diagnosis, but no relief. I sent a petition to be put at Our Lady
of the Roses Shrine in August. Meanwhile, a friend--a nose, throat, and ear specialist--he
suggested that I might have kidney stones. I went for X-rays. I learned thats what I
had been suffering from. I received my petition back from Bayside the day before I entered
the hospital.
The operation was successful--thanks to Jesus and Mary--for they have truly answered my
prayers. God and Our Ladys dearest blessings upon you, dear Veronica, and all your
workers.

Dear Mr. Wohlscheid: February 4, l995
Besides the printed form I received before, I also received this week your letter with an
appeal to help you to inform the Bishops of whats going on.
With the present-day Arianism I do not think you will accomplish much, but the worse thing
in life is "not to try".
I am a retired Dentist for the past 12 years. I had to retire early in life because of my
poor health (heart, hip replacement, etc.) I love your work and even if I cannot be of too
much help, I am enclosing my best and humble contribution to your most worthy cause.
I called yesterday 1-800-444-MARY and a young lady promised to send me five pamphlets
where is shown the "former" (?) USSR and UN military equipment being spotted
across the nation. I lent mine and I lost it. I am going to write to my congresspersons
(they are both very concerned) to prove to them the urgent need to do something about it.
Also I will be writing to Bob Dole through a close friend of mine which is the President
of the Republican Party in Florida, and a member of the National Board.
I pray everyday in our daily Rosary for World peace and the Liberation of Cuba. I also
include in my prayers the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Our Blessed
Mother, Mary. We have to do something about it. Cuba started the way our country is now. I
hope is not too late to intensify our prayers and ... to Praise the Lord.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
To whom it may concern. Ive just seen a program on TV about Armageddon called
"Gods Countdown to Armageddon." Before the show, they said how this
program may be the most enlightening experience of your life; and it was very
enlightening.
I am a Catholic, although I havent been to Church in years. But after this show, I
called the local parish priest, and I am returning to Church; and my husband and I are
going to go for instruction classes, so we may learn more about our Catholic Tradition;
and we intend to have our marriage blessed in the Church.
I would like to thank those who put on this wonderful show.

To Our Lady of the Roses:
Dear appreciated friend--Our Lord and Our Blessed Virgin keep us well always. I have great
joy in saying that with the help of the Blessed Virgin, and people like yourself, the
rosary is being said by more and more patrons of this parish. The roses and the rosaries
that you sent are a great inspiration to the people of the parish, because a greater love
for the rosary is felt among them.
Once again, I must ask for your help. I run ten parishes out here, and in each one, word
is being preached to get more people to practice the rosary. We all know that, through it,
will be found the road to Christ. God will it, that through you, the world will become
aware of the greatest need to love Our Blessed Mother. God and the Blessed Mother of God
guide, and protect, and bless you all.
