Understanding the Credit Meltdown: Toward Financial Armageddon, Part II...

In this report, Don McAlvany tells how the economy is continuing to fall apart before our eyes. The collapse of the housing market is accelerating at an alarming rate. Defaults on mortgages are going sky high. The number of foreclosures has risen as well. Both home prices and home sales have drop critically. To avoid alarming the general public, both the government and the real estate/mortgage industry have lied to us. Foreclosures are "statistically" considered sales. There are predictions that loan defaults will increase from 300,000 in 2007 to a million in 2008. McAlvany think that this number is optimistic. McAlvany also warns such a dependency on credit will lead to a financial meltdown. A problem is that fact that Americans are buying house that they cannot afford with loans that they cannot pay back. As a result, this huge real estate burst will lead to a major recession or worse. Between 1989 and 1992, American experienced a credit crunch and real estate recession. The coming crisis will last much longer and will be much more terrible. McAlvany dismissed the government's bailout plan will not work and it is only targeted to help bailout banks and mortgage companies who don't want to realize how badly they are in trouble.

McAlvany warns that the biggest banking crisis since the 1930s is heading our way. This has been brought about in part by the greed of Wall Street and banking executives the world over. Even the financial and banking giants are in trouble, i.e. Citigroup, Bank of American, and JP Morgan to name a few. The banks are starting to feel the pressure and are tighten their belts. They are increasing restriction on all loans and mortgages. The Fed's greatest nightmare is that people will stop spending and borrowing. They are also deathly afraid that banks will become scared and stop lending. McAlvany has been involved in the financial arena for 40 years and lately he has been hearing more rumors about an international banking collapse than he has ever heard. McAlvany warns that the American economy, which is built on debt, will fall and banks will collapse.

WORLD SEES ONE BIG MASSIVE DEPRESSION

Yes, My child, what I brought you here for this evening is to tell the world that there will be a crash in the monetary doings of your government—an absolute crash that will affect every man, woman, and child in the United States and Canada, and then, like a serpent, creep all over Europe, until the world sees one big, massive depression."
